By placing an order on this website or WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. These terms and conditions and any other policies mentioned therein apply to your use of this website and allowing you to place orders to order any products and services, including any products you submit, or purchases of any products or products that we can purchase on this website. 5. Order Policy: All orders and other requirements received are reserved by uflowershop.com and any of its personnel the right to reject any order without giving a reason. If it is declined, we will refund or cancel the payment that has been received in full via the payment method used to place the order.

6. Order delivery: We provide same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 1:00 pm. Orders starting at 1:00 pm will be delivered the next day or any other date selected by the customer on the shopping cart page. Orders received after any specified deadline or on non-working days will be scheduled for the next Processing on working days. Unless otherwise specified, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the date the order is processed.

a. If the recipient cannot be contacted to sign for receipt within the specified delivery time on the same day, or the recipient refuses to accept the product, or the recipient's information is incorrect or incomplete, we may place the bouquet on the basis of the information provided by the customer. Relevant locations or company receptions or building administrators, neighbors sign and collect them to show the completion of the service.

b. If you need to change the delivery location or deliver it again due to the buyer's request or the following reasons*, the buyer will pay the cost. The fee for changing the delivery location or re-delivery is HK$50 each time. Our customer service representative will contact you before making arrangements.

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues the following warning, the delivery service will be suspended or delayed:

Tropical cyclone warning No. 8 or above

Red or black rainstorm warning

Flooding and landslip warning

7. Alternative policy: All products are subject to availability. In case of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to replace products of the same value and quality without notice. For details, please refer to the replacement terms.

8. We try our best to ensure the accuracy of all price information on this website. However, mistakes may happen occasionally, and products may be marked with the wrong price. If the correct price of a product is higher than the price indicated on this website, we will contact you and ask you whether to execute the order at the actual price or cancel your order. We are not obligated to provide products at the wrong price.

9. The company is not responsible for any additional expenses caused by delivery or use of purchased goods, property damage or personal injury at the buyer's premises, regardless of the cause.

10. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

10.1 Cancellation of Orders and Refund Applications
Customers may apply to cancel orders or request refunds but must comply with the company's order cancellation and refund policy.

10.2 Handling Fees
When applying for order cancellation or a refund, the company will charge a handling fee of 5% of the order amount to cover related processing costs.
If the payment method is by credit card, the credit card company will also charge an additional 5% fee, which will be borne by the customer and is non-refundable.

10.3 Non-Refundable Flower Material Costs
Once the flower materials in an order are confirmed, the costs for those materials will not be refundable. The company will refuse to refund expenses related to flower materials based on incurred costs and resource allocation.
Customers should fully understand the selection of flower materials and the associated costs before confirming an order to avoid unnecessary disputes.

11. Return policy: satisfying flower receivers and flower senders is our ultimate goal. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns after delivery.

12. Order & Payment Terms

12.1. Payment Responsibility

Customers are required to pay the full order amount according to the agreed payment method. In cases of delayed payment or payment-on-delivery, our company reserves all rights to pursue any outstanding amounts.

12.2. Ownership of Goods

Ownership of goods remains with our company until full payment is received. If payment is not settled, we reserve the right to reclaim delivered goods or recover their equivalent value from the recipient.

12.3. Liability of Sender and Recipient

If the sender fails to pay or becomes unreachable, the recipient is obligated to return the delivered goods or pay their equivalent value. Failure to do so may result in legal action.

12.4. Legal Action

Our company reserves the right to pursue unpaid amounts from both the sender and the recipient through legal means, including but not limited to proceedings at the Small Claims Tribunal or other courts in Hong Kong.

13. Delivery Scope for Condolence Flower Stands and Tributes

Condolence flower stands and tribute boards provided by our company will only be delivered to churches or funeral parlours. To maintain solemnity and avoid inappropriate use, such items will not be delivered to unrelated locations (including private residences, offices, restaurants, etc.). If the delivery address provided by the customer does not meet the above requirements, our company reserves the right to refuse delivery or request an alternative address.

If any dishonest or fraudulent activity is suspected, our company reserves the right to report the case to the police. Customers and recipients must fully cooperate with police investigations.
